Proposal Submission Instructions
We invite scholars, researchers, practitioners, faculty, and graduate students to submit proposals.
Paper (200-250 words excluding references)
Submit your original research and studies proposal relevant to our pre-conference theme.
Please include the following information:
• Proposal title, author(s)’ name, position, affiliation, and contact information (on the cover page)
• Proposal title & keywords (3-5 words) (on a new page)
• Abstract (indicate types of paper: empirical, research, scholarly opinion, literature review, theoretical application resolving practical issues, etc.)

Panel Discussions (Up to 300 words)
Submit your panel discussion proposals to share your perspectives, reflections, observations, and experiences pertaining to issues, challenges, and trends relevant to the theme.
Please include the following information:

• Abstract (up to 300 words)

Electronic Showcase (Up to 300 words) (Case Study or Practice Demonstration)
Submit a showcase through video/visual presentation.
1. Case Study
A practical case can be a learning activity or program in a local context reflecting cultural variations (Click example).
2. Practice Demonstration
Compared with a case study, a practice demonstration can be a small portion of your practical work, which you would like to have a quick demonstration at the conference. A 5–10-minute practice demonstration session can be creative about teaching/learning/training artifacts, including a module or modules for teaching/learning/training, online course design, assignments, projects, syllabi, innovative workshops, etc. This informative showcase aims to demonstrate the unique practice of teaching and learning.

Conference Proceedings
Once your proposal is accepted, you will receive instructions on how to present at the conference. As a participant, you will also have the chance to publish your work in the conference proceedings, which are peer-reviewed. Additionally, outstanding research presentations may be invited to submit your work to special issue publications with internationally recognized, peer-reviewed indexed journals. As we move forward with the conference, we will provide further information and additional details.
